Packed with Care, Delivered with Confidence: How GRACE Prepares Your Equipment for Shipment

Packed with Care, Delivered with Confidence: How GRACE Prepares Your Equipment for Shipment

2024-10-17

At GRACE , our responsibility to customers does not end when a catalyst passes its final inspection. It ends only when the equipment arrives at your site. That is why packing and shipment are treated as a serious process of their own — not an afterthought. This month, another batch of equipment left our factory, and we would like to show you exactly how it was done.

Step 1: Solid Wood Export Crates, Built for the Journey

Every unit is packed in a sturdy plywood export crate with a reinforced timber frame. This type of packaging is strong, moisture-resistant, and suitable for long-distance sea and land transportation. The crates are designed to withstand stacking, forklift handling, and the inevitable vibrations of international shipping, so the catalyst inside stays protected from the factory floor to your doorstep.

Step 2: Protective Packing Inside, Standardized Marks Outside

Before crating, each catalyst is properly protected against moisture and shock. On the outside of every crate, you will find clear GRACE branding and standardized shipping marks — including handling symbols such as "keep dry," "fragile," and lifting points — so that everyone along the logistics chain can identify and handle the cargo correctly.

Step 3: Careful Loading, Piece by Piece

When the crates are ready, our team loads them one by one with lifting and securing procedures that match each crate's weight and size. In this shipment, the crates were carefully arranged and fastened on the truck to prevent any movement during transport to the port. A well-secured load is the last line of defense against transit damage — and we never rush it.

Step 4: Full Documentation and Traceability

Each crate corresponds to a complete set of shipping documents: packing list, labels, and order references that match our production records. Customers can always trace which unit is in which crate, making customs clearance, warehousing, and on-site installation simpler and faster.

What This Means for Our Customers

  • Lower transit risk: export-grade crating and standardized marks reduce the chance of damage in transit.
  • Faster customs and handling: clear labels and complete documentation help smooth clearance at both ends.
  • Peace of mind: photo and video records of packing and loading are available to customers upon request.

More shipments are on the way this quarter. If you are planning an order and would like to know more about our packaging standards, shipping options or delivery lead times, feel free to contact the GRACE sales team anytime.
